Flexineb® E3 Equine Nebuliser System

The Flexineb® E3 System is a portable, silent equine nebuliser designed to deliver aerosolized medications and natural therapies directly to the horse’s airways. Its soft, flexible mask forms a secure, comfortable seal around the horse’s muzzle to ensure maximum inhalation efficiency. The system provides a stress-free, highly effective way to support respiratory health, manage airway conditions, and deliver targeted treatments.

Each Complete System includes a convenient Grooming Box, accessory kit, and 0.9% Saline, along with full access to Flexineb’s Online Resources Portal—featuring step-by-step instructions, medication guides, and helpful care materials.

The Medication Cup—a key component of the system—converts medications or natural solutions into a fine mist for inhalation. Each cup has an average lifespan of approximately 150 doses, depending on usage and maintenance.

  • Grey Coded Cups: Recommended for antibiotics (Gentamicin, Amikacin), bronchodilators (Clenbuterol), and some corticosteroids (Dexamethasone).
  • Green Coded Cups: Designed for thicker solutions or harder-to-nebulize therapies such as Cobactan®, Excenel®, R-Nystatine, and natural products like Balsamic Air.
